Rapid Test Results within 15 Minutes
Everything needed to perform the test comes in the kit as seen in the illustration. Performing the test is simple and requires no training. All one needs to do is to follow the step-by-step instructions. There are four steps for performing the test:
- Prepare – The Test Stand is placed on a firm surface (such as a table), and the Buffer Cap is put into the Stand
- Puncture – The lancet is placed at the center of the finger. It is then pushed down to minimally puncture the skin
- Collect – The blood sample is collected by touching the tip of the Test Barrel to the finger until the blood sample tip is full (2.5 µL).
- Analyze – After touching the tip of the Test Barrel to the finger and filling it with blood the Test Barrel is pushed into the Buffer Cap. The blood then travels up the strip and is analyzed. It takes 15 minutes to complete the whole process.
